Select

Choose your products, select your add-ons then add to your cart.

Checkout to submit your order. Expect to receive an invoice via email.

Order Confirmation

Once invoice is accepted, a downpayment of at least 50% is required to confirm your order.

For partial payments, we accept BDO/BPI bank deposit or online fund transfer. You can also pay for your order using your credit or debit card through Paypal (account not required).

Send Files

Fill out the required forms, prepare your files, design pegs and send them to us.

Design

We start working on your design once we receive your filled out forms and other required materials. Expect to receive the initial layout in 3-5 working days.

Custom designs may need additional days if we need to design custom illustrations or graphics.

05
Review

Review your digital proof and send back your comments for revision.

Revisions may take 1-2days.

06
Approve

Once you’re happy with everything, give us the final approval to start production.

07
Production

After final approval, your order is sent to production. Normal production time is 3-7 working days. Add-on services or special finishing may require additional days.

08
Shipping & Delivery

Finished orders are shipped out after balance has been settled. Expect to receive your order in 1-2 days.

Paypal is the world’s leading payment processing company and it allows us to accept secure online credit and debit card transactions. Paypal will handle all credit/debit card payments and we do not store your card details.

We offer the opportunity to make adjustments to your liking and will be happy to accommodate up to 3 rounds of complimentary revisions.

Yes, 3 revision rounds are included. Changes made at any point after printing has commenced shall incur reprinting fees.

Yes but requested changes with respect to paper stock or additional pieces may have additional fees. Changes made at any point after printing has commenced that would require reprinting of any item shall incur both revision and reprinting fees. 

Yes, but please make sure that you have copyright permission to use them. We will not be responsible for any copyright claims, costs and expenses arising in connection with materials and design elements included in the design at the request of the client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested.

It is the client’s responsibility to check each proof with respect to all information including names, dates, location and spelling.

This is the PDF file of your design that is sent to you for review.

Yes, please send us a sketch for reference.

Yes but we will need the editable and layered photoshop or illustrator file in high resolution.

Yes, but we don’t give out editable files of our designs.

Yes.

Printers and monitors produce colors in different ways. Monitors use RGB (red, green and blue) which supports a wider spectrum of colors while printers usually use CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) which cannot reproduce all of the colors in the RGB color model. The type of paper may also affect the printed output. Paper will absorb ink which makes it look more dull compared to an LED screen. Different lighting conditions can also affect how you see the colors.

Template-Based Design

Template-based designs are made from our existing design collection. This does not mean that you cannot make it your own. It is just a starting point. Change the font style, wording, color and more.

Custom Design

Custom designs are made from scratch.  Be inspired, pin all those beautiful designs that you like then send them to us.  We’ll create one to fit exactly what you need.
