Yes. Buy now, Customize Later allows you to take advantage of a special offer even if you’re not ready with all your details yet. Your order will be put on hold until you are ready but turnaround time will still be the same.

Design & Printing

We start working on your design once we receive your files. Expect to receive the initial layout in 3-5 business days.
We offer the opportunity to make adjustments to your liking and will be happy to accommodate up to 3 rounds of complimentary revisions.
Yes but requested changes with respect to paper stock or additional pieces may have additional fees. Changes made at any point after printing has commenced that would require reprinting of any item shall incur both revision and reprinting fees.
Yes, but please make sure that you have copyright permission to use them. We will not be responsible for any copyright claims, costs and expenses arising in connection with materials and design elements included in the design at the request of the client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested.

It is the client’s responsibility to check each proof with respect to all information including names, dates, location and spelling.

Yes but we will need the editable and layered photoshop or illustrator file in high resolution.
Yes, but we don’t give out editable files of our designs.
Printers and monitors produce colors in different ways. Monitors use RGB (red, green and blue) which supports a wider spectrum of colors while printers usually use CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) which cannot reproduce all of the colors in the RGB color model. The type of paper may also affect the printed output. Paper will absorb ink which makes it look more dull compared to an LED screen. Different lighting conditions can also affect how you see the colors.

Payment
We currently accept Paypal, bank deposit or online transfer to BDO or BPI, Visa & Mastercard credit/debit cards through Paypal.
Ready-made or in-stock items that ship out immediately are required to be paid in full. Custom/personalized orders can be partially paid. 50% downpayment is required and balance is due before shipping out.
Changes & Cancellations
Yes, 3 revision rounds are included. Changes made at any point after printing has commenced shall incur reprinting fees.
In some cases, your order may be cancelled and a store credit may be extended to you if no work has been made for that order. For cancellations made after the proof/design have been sent, 50% shall be retained. No refunds will be given for orders that have been sent for production.
